- How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
With every product a 'Buy Now' or an 'Add to cart' button is given which enables you to add that product to your shopping cart. Initially one quantity of that product is added which you can increase as per your requirements.
- I have a coupon, how do I use it?
After adding a product to your shopping cart please go to the shopping cart page and look for a link 'Click here to enter the code'. On clicking this link you will get a small textbox where you can enter the coupon code. The discount will immediately reflect in the shopping cart total.

Yes, we require all customers to register the first time while placing the order. From the next order onwards you can simply login with your email address and password selected.

- What shipping options are available?
Currently we are providing two shipping options i.e. 2 day delivery and 4 day delivery. The cost of the delivery options varies according to the quantity of the products ordered.
- How do I track the status of my order?
After placing your order you can login into your account at elimaysupplements.com and click on the 'My Orders' link. You will get all the information about the order including the current status of the order. In addition as soon as an order is dispatched we shall send you the waybill number so that you can track that independently as well.
- What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective? What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item or the wrong product, contact a Customer Service Representative within 7 days of delivery at 1-855-440-3582. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
- Can I exchange an item?
No, we do not allow exchange of products after placing of the order.

If you are not satisfied with the product you may return it to us within a 30-day period of purchase of the product. We shall refund the amount back to you minus the shipping costs.
To return the product, kindly do the following:
- Pack the item securely (in the original package, if possible)
